Summer Cocktails: Hemingway’s Daiquiri

With patio season just around the corner, LMPR recently got together to share delicious summer cocktails from the classic to the eclectic. Every week throughout June we’ll feature one of our team’s recipes!

This week’s summer cocktail comes courtesy of Brian Paterson via Ernest Hemingway. Rumour has it that Hemingway liked to drink. He developed this lime concoction during his time spent in Havana by swapping out all the sweetness for extra rum.
